Terms of sale
Last updated 13 October 2026
1. Scope
These terms apply to every booking of a cruise sold by SAS Souffle d’Azur under the name Azuréen (the “Company”), on this website, through our online booking partner, by phone, email or WhatsApp. Booking a cruise means you accept these terms. Partner platforms (for example GetYourGuide) apply their own terms to the bookings made with them.
2. Our cruises

- Private catamaran cruise: the whole catamaran for one group of up to 14 guests, 3 hours, on one of the same departures when no ticket has been sold for it yet.

Included: a qualified skipper, fuel, paddleboards, the Seabob underwater scooter, masks and snorkels. Not included: scuba tanks, hotel pick-up and anything not listed on the cruise page. The route, the swim stop and the time spent at each place are decided by the skipper according to the sea, the weather and maritime regulations.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, per person (tickets) or per boat (private cruise). There are no child or baby rates; children are welcome on board. The full price is paid online when you book, by the payment methods offered by our booking partner. The booking is confirmed by email; please bring the confirmation (on your phone) to the boat.
4. No right of withdrawal
Under article L.221-28, 12° of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services provided on a specific date or period. Changes and cancellations are therefore governed by the rules below.
5. Changes and cancellations by you
Cancellation is free up to 72 hours before departure, with a full refund. Less than 72 hours before departure, or in case of no-show, no refund is made. Requests are made by email or WhatsApp. A change of date or time is possible depending on availability.
6. Weather and cancellations by us
Your safety comes first. If the sea or the weather does not allow the cruise to go ahead safely, or for any reason of safety decided by the skipper, we cancel and offer you another date free of charge or a full refund, as you prefer. If a cruise has to be shortened for safety reasons once at sea, [partial refund rule — to confirm].
7. On board
- Please arrive 15 minutes before departure at 92 boulevard Eugène Gazagnaire, 06400 Cannes. Late arrivals cannot delay the departure and are treated as a no-show.
- The skipper is in charge of the boat and the skipper’s safety instructions must be followed at all times. The skipper may refuse boarding to anyone whose behaviour puts the group at risk, including under the influence of alcohol or drugs, without refund.
- Swimming, paddleboarding, snorkelling and the Seabob are at the swimmer’s own risk, only when the skipper allows it, and only for people who can swim. Children remain under the responsibility of their parents or the adults accompanying them at all times.
- Please tell us when booking about any medical condition, pregnancy or reduced mobility, so that we can advise you.
- Guests are responsible for their belongings and for any damage they cause to the boat or its equipment.
8. Liability and insurance
The Company holds professional liability insurance for its activity and its boats. It cannot be held liable for losses or damage resulting from the guest’s failure to follow the skipper’s instructions or these terms, or from an event of force majeure.
9. Complaints and mediation
Any complaint can be sent to capitaine@azureen-charter.fr. We answer within [15 days]. If the dispute is not settled, you may refer it free of charge to the consumer mediator named in our legal notice.
10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. The French version prevails over translations.
