1. Who is responsible
SAS Souffle d’Azur (Azuréen), SIRET 944 520 006 00015, is the controller of the personal data collected on this website and for your bookings. Contact: capitaine@azureen-charter.fr.
2. What we collect and why
- Contact form, email, phone, WhatsApp: your name, email, phone number and message, to answer you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering your request, or steps taken at your request before a booking.
- Bookings: your name, contact details, the cruise, date and number of guests, and the payment (handled by our booking partner; we never see your card details). Legal basis: performance of the contract and our accounting obligations.
- Statistics and advertising (only with your consent): pages visited and how you arrived on the site, through Google Analytics and, if enabled, Google Ads and Meta. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Language of the site: on your first visit, your IP address is matched to a country on our own server (no third party is involved) to show the site in your language. The IP address is not stored.
3. How long we keep it
- Messages that do not lead to a booking: 3 years after our last exchange.
- Bookings and invoices: 10 years (French accounting rules).
- Statistics: 14 months at most. Your cookie choice: 6 months.
4. Who receives it
Only our team, and the service providers we need: our website host, our online booking and payment partner [Regiondo — confirm], our email provider and, with your consent, Google and Meta. Some of them may process data outside the European Union; these transfers are covered by the European Commission’s adequacy decisions (EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses. WhatsApp is operated by Meta: if you write to us there, Meta’s own policy applies to that conversation. We never sell your data.
5. Your rights
You may access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, ask for a copy in a portable format, withdraw your consent at any time, and give instructions on what should happen to your data after your death. Write to capitaine@azureen-charter.fr; we answer within one month. If you think your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
6. Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and access to your data is limited to the people who need it.
